We install jacket piles and drive conductors for offshore platforms: drivability analysis, hammer selection, offshore transportation of piles, driving, jetting where required, welding of add-ons, position control and diving survey.
References: 32 piles of 2,134 and 1,830 mm in diameter with 85 mm wall, driven to 46–76 m for an ice-resistant platform and a living quarters platform; nine 762 mm conductors driven to 80 m; 17 piles weighing 2,796 t in total for the Grayfer ice-resistant platform.
Works are performed from a company-managed transportation and installation barge to procedures approved by an independent Marine Warranty Surveyor; driving is monitored by dynamic measurements.
Scope of work:
- Piles driving and welding procedures development;
- Execution of calculations for piles strength and stability during driving;
- Drivability assessment and appropriate hammer models selection;
- Project management;
- Piles and conductors driving;
- Piles extension using welding;
- Piles hydro-swaging.
CNGS Engineering services also include provision of equipment (hammers, hydraulic grips, jackets’ levelling equipment, upending frames, followers) and a team of highly qualified specialists with many years of experience successfully performing the above mentioned works.

- Filanovsky LSP-2 and LQP-2 — 2016. 32 piles up to 2.1 m in diameter, in a single campaign.
- Korchagin Field Conductors — 2017. Nine conductors driven to 80 m.
- Grayfer Field Ice-Resistant Platform — 2023. 17 piles with a total weight of 2,796 t.
