- Development of LQ module preliminary design, module weight assessment;
- Development of preliminary design for ice-resistant support structure with pile foundation, support structure and pile foundation weight assessment;
- Geotechnical, bathymetrical and hydrometeorological reports analysis and review;
- Capex estimate;
- Onshore construction cost estimate;
- Determining field development facilities orientation, including azimuth ration justification;
- Support section – topside interfacing procedure development;
- T&I philosophy and methodology determination.
